Skirts by 32 Fouettes are unique because of the stretchy lace band around the
waistline [sic]. What's most interesting about the skirt to me though is the variety of
colors and patterns available. They also have customizable lengths, flouncing,
and fabric combinations. These skirts would be lovely for variations."
