Q: What size am I? 
A: See the "What Size Should I Order?" page for detailed information. The skirts are made in standard sizes Child (xsmall, small, medium, large, and xlarge), Adult (xsmall, small, medium, large, and xlarge). All the skirt designs can be made for children, teens and adults. Need a larger size? No worries. I am happy to accomodate larger sizes, see our Custom or Special Orders for more information. If you do not see the size you need, please please do not hesitate to ask! Skirts are made as they are ordered. Feel free to include any sizing you'd like with your order. Just remember that non-standard size skirts are considered custom and cannot be returned. Please email me, 32fouettes@gmail.com, if you have any questions concerning fit or sizing -- I am here to help!
A: Almost without exception, I make
32 Fouettes skirts as they are ordered. Once I receive your order, I will get to work on it as quickly as possible, to complete and ship usually within 7 - 10 business days. Depending upon the number of orders in the cue, it may take as much as 14 - 20 business days to complete and ship your order.
Please know your skirts will be made by me and sent as quickly as possible. This timeframe does not apply to special/custom orders, large quantity orders, or orders that are to be paid via check/money order/cashiers check. Unless circumstances prove otherwise, your special order will be made and shipped within 7 to 28 business days. But
ALWAYS as quickly as I can.

A: USPS Priority Mail is my preferred method to ship. Other methods such as FedEx and Express Mail are available to you at check out. USPS Priority Mail normal delivery time is two to three days depending upon your location. FREE USPS Priority Mail Shipping on ALL ORDERS totaling $80 or more*
Note: Once your package has left my hands and is with the shipping service, unfortunately I cannot accept responsibility for transit time. If you need your order more quickly, please contact me via email

This does not apply to international shipping. International Shipping will be discounted, please contact me via email, 32fouettes@gmail.com, prior to placing your order. I will be most happy to ship internationally.
Q: What method of payment do you accept? 
A: We accept direct website payments of VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal . By special arrangement we will accept checks/money orders/cashiers checks. Please contact me via email (32fouettes@gmail.com) to make special arrangements prior to completing your order online.
Q: What is your return policy? 
A: Of course I hope this never happens but life is unpredictable! Returns on items can be made only within 7 days of shipment for exchange or credit only. Custom or special orders are NOT returnable. Sale items are NOT returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All return items:
* Must be sent postage paid
* Must include instructions telling us what you would like done with your returned items
* Must be unworn, in new resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached
* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE
* ALL CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
Q. My skirt needs repair. Can you help? 
A. In most cases yes. Please contact me via email (32fouettes@gmail.com) and let me know what the damage entails. If not to extensive, your shipping costs will be the only fee for the repair work.
A: I use all types of fabric, many delicate in nature, and cannot recommend one generalized solution. If you are concerned about the fabric's care, you may want to ask a professional dry cleaner about the care of your skirt's fabric.

32fouettes@gmail.com). Please make sure and include as much detail as possible. And don't feel uncomfortable doing so, I love talking to you all! I'll do my utmost to respond to you as quickly as possible,
but always within 24 hours.
